Located at the popular V&A Waterfront, specialising in gourmet burgers and ribs and over 207 handspun ‘wow’ shakes with a further 65 extra toppings that you can add for your enjoyment. Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers. We then created 35 hand crafted burgers. Not to mention our imported delicious beef and pork ribs that we are famous for. These imported export quality beef and pork ribs are reputed to be the very best around!

We offer super cool combinations which include shakes made with ice cream, milk and various toppings, vegan shakes, frozen yoghurt shakes, fat free shakes and adult shakes and then, of course, our 850ml FREEK™️ shakes which are an amazing concoction of a milk shake with lots and lots of goodies in and out of the jar – we were the first in South Africa to offer FREEK™️ shakes.

Choose between a 200g or a 160g char-grilled pure beef burger with our secret basting and served on a home-baked brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, caramelised or freshly sliced red onion, Collette’s famous deli pickled cucumber and our secret creamy sauce with artisan cut fries and a sprinkle of our seasoning salt.
